Jane, I love it! One of my favorite recipes! Thanks for sharing it, not necessarily your typical Xmas meal but I think sweet potatoes definitely puts it in that category.
The recipes sound wonderful, I never cooked a ham in a slow cooker before. But from the reviews it is a very well like recipe. Have you tried it yet? The other 2 sounds just as delicious.
