Every Party Needs Chocolate Crack

Why Crack?  It’s made from crackers and it’s addictive.

SALTINES, CHOCOLATE, BUTTER and SUGAR= Edible Equivalent to crack.

We made a chocolate goodies gift sampler for our neighbors and this was one of the yummies included along with Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn.

Layer about 40 crackers on a large cookie sheet that has been lined in foil. Place them closely together making sure not to leave gaps in between.

In a medium saucepan melt 1 cp of butter and the 1cp of Brown Sugar over med heat.

Let mixture bubble, constantly stirring.

Immediately, pour over the crackers. And bake for 10min. at 350.

Immediately, after taking it out of the oven layer it with chocolate morsels.  Once they start melting smooth chocolate out making sure they whole thing is covered in chocolate.  Top with nuts or crushed candy canes.  Let it cool.
