Artisan Flavored Mayonnaise

I am going to get all fancy on you, with these artisan flavored mayonnaise.  You can “fancy up” your sandwiches, veggies or main entrees with these homemade mayo recipes.

You can also make your own mayo but I didn’t.  If you have perused our e-zine you may have noticed that even though I like homemade I also LOVE simple, so I do a lot of mixing of my homemade and store bought ingredients to make  a delicious but simple dish.

Here’s the best of both worlds: flavor and beauty!

Chipotle Mayonnaise

1/3 cp Mayo or use light mayo for a low-fat version

1 tbl finely chopped Adobe Chipotle Chile in it’s sauce

Sprinkle garlic seasoning or garlic paste and mix.

Note- Chipotle chiles have a kick to them so if you like it really spicy add more chipotles

Herb Mayonnaise

1/3cp Mayo

dill, basil, oregano, garlic, pepper, thyme and parsley seasoning and mix all of the ingredients.

Sun-dried Tomato Mayonnaise

1/3 cp Mayo

Bacon chopped pieces

2 tbl finely chopped & drained sun-dried tomato  (you can also process if you don’t want it chunky)

Mix all of the ingredients.
