Smoked Chicken Sandwich

Smoked Chicken Sandwich
Contributing Writer: Lyuba Brooke
This is a little different take on a chicken salad sandwich. Sometimes, I make my chicken salad with roasted chicken but this was the first time I made it with smoked chicken. I got some smoked chicken breast from a local smokehouse restaurant and the chicken salad turned out awesome.

Ingredients:

2 cups of chopped, smoked chicken

2 crushed garlic cloves

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped sweet onion

1/4 cup mayo

salt and fresh cracked pepper

Just combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Easy-peasy!
You can also smoke your own chicken. If you don’t have all the equipment to smoke your own meat I just watched a YouTube video that shows you how to smoke your chicken on a Wok. Let us know if you try that method it looked really interesting.
