Turkey Fruit Display

Such a festive and healthy idea for your Thanksgiving spread! My sons class had a little Thanksgiving feast so my creative juices kicked in when I realized the evening before that I had to bring something in the next day.

You will need a pumpkin, skewers, feathers and some construction paper. For the feathers I used yellow and red bell peppers and crafting feathers. You can either do a fruit display or a cheese and deli meat display.

I have also done this on a smaller scale for my boys lunches using an apple and alternating the skewers with fruit, lunch meat, tomatoes and cheese. Same as above except on an apple. They love it!!!
