This Peanut Butter, Banana and Bacon Stuffed French Toast Sandwich is inspired by Elvis Presley’s fried peanut butter sandwich. I don’t think he ate his with bacon but it was definitely a splendid addition with the syrup running over it. That’s why we call it The Elvis French Toast Sandwich!
The Elvis: Peanut Butter, Banana & Bacon Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients:
slices of cooked French toast -
bacon
-
sliced banana
-
peanut butter
-
syrup
1. Place 2 pieces of your French toast out side by side and spread peanut butter over them.
2. Then place the sliced pieces of banana over the peanut butter and then top with bacon slices over one piece of the bread.
3. Place your other piece of French toast over the peanut butter, banana and bacon and you now have The Elvis French Toast Sandwich!
For that extra sweet contrast to go with the salty bacon flavor, add syrup.
