How to Make a Rotisserie Chicken in the Crock Pot

easy rotisserie chicken

This rotisserie chicken is one of my favorite recipes to make because from this one chicken I can get at least 2 other meals if I mix the chicken in with other hearty ingredients.

Easy Rotisserie Chicken in the Crock Pot

  • Whole chicken 5-8 depending on the size of your crock pot
  • olive oil
  •  Your favorite chicken seasonings or you can just add salt and pepper

1. Rub oil all over chicken. Remove the giblets from chicken.

2. Add spices and salt and  pepper.

3. Place chicken in pot with breast side up.

Cook on high for 4 hours.

The meat is so tender it will fall off the bone!
