Delicious rich and creamy Hot Chocolate!

Am I speaking anyones love language?  I love this one but I also have another favorite our deliciously easy hot chocolate mix–it’s the dry mix and it’s perfect for gift giving.  I’ve tried many hot chocolate mixes and these two are my favorite!

Rich and Creamy Hot Chocolate

I adapted this recipe from Heidisrecipes.com her version is made in the crockpot

Ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounces
6 cups low-fat milk
2 cps chocolate chips
  1. In a pot add sweetened condensed milk and low-fat milk.  Whisk.
  2. Stir in milk chocolate chips.
  3. Stir constantly over low heat until it barely reaches to boiling point about 15-20min.
  4. Serve and top with whipped cream! You can add vanilla extract to the batch if you need more flavor but ours was rich enough with out it.

For gifting:

Place mixture in a recycled glass juice bottle and remove original packaging and decorate w/ scrapbook paper, ribbons, twine……!

For marshmallows:

Melt chocolate in a bowl in microwave. Dip Marshmallows and add sprinkles!
