No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

holiday baking with kids

Now you can enjoy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough straight out of the tub without worrying that you might get sick from eat raw eggs.  I constantly find myself telling the kids when we are baking together “don’t eat that it has raw eggs” and my husband even gets it. When you whip this up you won’t be warning anyone other than “If you keep eating that we won’t have any left when the guest get here.” This No Bake Chocolate Cookie Dough Truffles recipe is the perfect nibbling food for your party or neighbor gift.  We packaged it and gave them to my sons teacher gifts.

This is another great recipe from our Baking with Kids Holiday Series! If you missed the other post here’s a recap: Soft Gingerbread Men Cookies ,  Girls Scout Wannabe Thin Mint Cookies ,  Salted Caramel Sweet Square and now No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles.
