Photo A Day Mommy Moments Challenge
12 day of Capturing Motherhood through your lens. Whether it makes you laugh, cry, dance, thankful or it makes you go hmmmm…. capture these moments with your camera. It’s those little things that make you fall in love, more and more with life, your family, your children…. The challenge ends on Friday, May 11th the weekend of Mothers day. What better way to enter into Mothers day then by capturing all those precious moments.
You can join us in the challenge for fun or to win some FABULOUS prizes! At the end of the 12 days our judges will pick the winners. More info. to come on our lovely judges and great prizes.
How to join in the challenge:
If you are just doing this challenge just for fun and not to submit your picture for the prizes then just click away let us know you are participating in the challenge but not for prizes by linking your picture with NOT and then the day the prompt is for: NOT- Things that make me go hmmmm. All the info. applies below except for #3 where it talks about submitting for prize challenge.
If you are in the challenge for prizes:

Take lots of photos of your mommy moments and be creative in the process using the 12 days Prompts List below. Be inspired by your family and have fun! You can start snapping away now and between April 16th- May 11th stop by and enter your photo in the linky.

You can start your 12 days from now until May 11th. Come back between Monday April 16- May 11th to link up your photos for the challenge.

Post your photos on your blog with or without a caption (it can be more than one picture each day) and put our button (grab button code from sidebar)on the post so we know that this is a Photo challenge picture. Use the prompts # from below for your title to let us know what day this picture is from. For example, Prompt #6.

Every time you snap a picture that you’re proud of and want to link up stop by our Linky here and add it using as your title the prompt title that this picture is for. You don’t have to link up your pictures in any particular order. The Linky will go live on April 16th- May 11th. In order to be considered for the prize challenge, you must participate throughout the whole challenge but if you choose to only submit 3 of the 12 pictures for the prize challenge that is fine.

You can link up to 12 pictures to our challenge and as little as one picture to our linky but you can take as many pictures as you want to post on your blog but only linked up pictures without NOT on them will be considered for prizes. They do have to be pictures that you have taken for this challenge from April 10th-May 11th photos, in order for them to qualifty for the prize, and you need to identify the post as a Challenge picture with our button on your post so when the judges go to your blog it’s clearly identified.

On May 11th, at 10 a.m. central time we will close our Photo Challenge Link Party.

Our judges will go by and check out your photos and choose their top picks based on creativity, originality and composition. You can use your phone, point & shoot, DSLR camera or whatever camera you have to take your pictures. You don’t have to be a professional nor have pro equipment to take fabulous pictures.

Ok, so I dont have a blog, can I participate on facebook or something? I guess I’m a little confused about how exactly to submit photos. Thanks, God bless!
Hi Crystal, I just did some research and yes you can do it via facebook. This is what I figured out: To do this, go to the album page where the photo is that you want to link to. You should see thumbnail images of the photos in the album. Hold down the “Control” or “Command” key while clicking the photo that you wish to link to. A new browser tab will open with the picture you clicked. Under the picture at the bottom there is a URL and it says you want to share photo you can give firiends…..this link. You use that code and copy and paste on our link where it says URL and the title (the day your submitting for), your email. That’s it. Glad to have you join.
