One-on-one coaching or biblical counseling happens virtually or in person if you’re in the area. Our sessions will last 55 minutes. Every call is different as we move through YOUR goals. Together we will work towards the change you desire.
Affordable counseling or coaching– The cost for a session is only $65 a session whether you choose coaching or counseling.
As a helpful frame of reference, your typical coaching or counseling session usually starts around $95-$150 or more, but my fee is $65 because my mission is to make mental health support affordable and accessible. I also offer a discounted fee for missionary families or those who are struggling financially.

About Me!
I’m a writer, speaker, biblical counselor, certified Life Coach and Bible teacher. I’ve been in ministry for more than 20 years sharing God’s truth and hope by mentoring, biblical counseling, teaching, leading workshops, and speaking at conferences and retreats for women from all over the world and in the U.S. I have an MA in Christian Education with a focus in Counseling from Columbia International University. I’m a Certified Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors and Life Breakthrough. I am a Biblical Counselor with a Mental Health and trauma informed focus. I recently completed my program in Psychology of Leadership program from Cornell University.
I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and disconnected but I have also tasted and seen the goodness of God and the peace that comes from walking in freedom.
Coaching VS Counseling
I am happy to help you with either coaching or counseling. If you aren’t sure what to choose when we have our first session we’ll go over the best fit for you. Coaching is different from counseling! Coaching is the process of coming alongside someone and helping them identify where they are, where God wants them to be, and the obstacles that are getting in the way. Often in counseling, you move back to dig up the past to figure out why you’re where you’re at but with coaching you are starting with the present to move towards your goal as an active participant.
Coaches desire to meet you where you’re at and encourage, challenge, listen, ask insightful questions, and hold you accountable to the goals you’ve set. With coaching, you are aware of the past and we may dive into it but the focus is on the present as you move toward the future. We enable the client to reach their goals by looking at barriers, and unlocking their potential to maximize their performance.
