The coaching package includes: A free 20-minute Discovery Intro session + One 55 min. coaching session. You’ll have access to any of the resources and tools we use during our coaching session varying from assessments, Values Inventory, Personal Identity worksheet, and more.
What you’ll get:
One-on-one coaching happens via phone or video. If you’re in the Lancaster area we can do in-person sessions. Our session will last 55 minutes. Every session is different as we move through YOUR goals. Together we will work towards the change you desire.
