Photo Challenge Official Rules

 Official Rules for Photo Challenge:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

2. Eligibility requirements- A mother (not a minor)

3. Duration and deadlines: As of April 11th you may start taking pictures and as of April 16th-May 10th pictures may be linked up.

4. Entry procedures- Link a picture that YOU have taken of YOUR OWN legal children. Please only link up family friendly pictures all others will be deleted. No nudity, genitals, obscene or inappropriate pictures are allowed.

5. Each participant is allowed 12 pictures total that you have taken for this challenge between April 11th- May 11th. You can enter the challenge just for fun or for prizes. In order, for participants pictures to be considered for prizes they must have been involved in all of the 12 Days Challenge publicly but you don’t have to link a picture for all 12 days. All pictures submitted for a prize in the challenge must have our Photo Challenge button on their post otherwise the link up entry will not be valid.

6.  Prize descriptions: All prizes are a donation and courtesy of our sponsors and will be mailed to you directly from the sponsor. We are not held responsible for prizes not claimed, received or delivered. Prizes will go to 9 different participants. Each category will have a different winner.

7. All entries will be judged by our nine volunteers based on: creativity, originality, composition. Our categories will include: Funniest/Silliest Picture, Best Mommy Moments Picture, Most Creative Picture, Best Messy Moments Picture, Best Thankful Moments Picture and Best Dept of Field picture. Each category will have a top 3 picks but only one (1) winner from the top 3 will receive a prize. This challenge does not claim to be a professional photographers challenge nor does it require for you to be a professional photographer to enter. Only winners in each category will receive a prize.

8. None of the judges or family members in their household are allowed to enter the contest.

9. On May 11th at 10 a.m central the link party will be closed and will no longer allow submissions. On May 12th at 7p.m. central winners will be announced. Winners have 2 days from the time it’s announced to contact us. After 2 days we will pick the next person in line from the top 3. If potential Grand Prize winner forfeits or does not claim the prize, prize will be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.” and “All prizes will be awarded.”

10. We do not hold exclusive right to any picture entered in the challenge but by entering the challenge you agree to Inspired by Family Magazine and co-host The Hollie Rogue to use in their website as an article or post to announce winners or as they see fit. Our articles/post are promoted at various social venues and link parties. Rest assured that we will never link up any of our articles to non- family friendly content.

11. All personal information given such as name, email is never shared with a third party.

14. Facebook, Twitter or any of the social media outlets we use in our website or blog are not in any form endorsing or sponsoring our challenge.

15. International and U.S. residents are allowed to enter contest but in order to receive prize the winners must provide a U.S. address for shipping.
