This month I wanted to take your taste buds to Italy and share our easy Chicken Parmesan Bites recipe. All year we have been sharing our Kid Friendly Around the World recipes, we have made stops in Mexico with Tortilla Bowls and Mango Chicken, Thailand with Thai Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce, China with our Easy Orange Chicken , Morocco with Moroccan Chicken Bake and today it’s Italy with Chicken Parmesan Bites.
This recipe is a simplified version of an all time Italian favorite because there is no need to bread the chicken since we are using Tyson Crispier Breaded Chicken Filets . So whether you serve it for lunch in a sandwich, as appetizers on a platter, or for dinner with pasta this recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser. If they are for appetizers or party gathering just place them on a platter as shown below and you are set or you can make mini sandwich bites with them. You can see our shop here.
The red sauce is Mikel’s husbands Italian immigrant great-grand parents authentic red sauce. You will be surprised at how easy these are to put together.
