I know how hard it can be to open up to someone, how challenging it can be to take the first step. I’m proud of you for being here!
I am passionate about coaching and biblical counseling because of my own story. I truly believe I would’ve had a different childhood had my mother received the tools and support she needed. She didn’t know where to look for help and she didn’t have time or money to find healing. This made me very curious about the counseling world and spiritual wholeness. I eventually pursued a degree in counseling and ended up with a Master’s in Christian Education with a focus in counseling and then became a certified Professional Life Coach and Biblical Counseling Coach.
My mother’s experience and being a missionary on the field unable to access the support we needed are the reasons I am passionate about making the journey towards healing more accessible to women in different seasons of life.
So, I’ve created a donation base fee coaching (see below for details) space for women, wives, mothers, singles, and missionary women to begin the journey of healing through coaching and biblical counseling.
Coaching is a safe and non-judgmental space created for you to explore your story and experiences. A coach will meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you as you move towards your goals. Together we will come up with a plan so you can begin moving toward healing and hope using God’s Word, trauma informed practices, and neuroscience-based coaching.
This may be helpful if you’re unsure whether you need a counselor or a coach. “Coaching is about development not treatment.”
“In a nutshell, coaching provides individuals with:
- clarify purpose and direction
- Strengthen habits and mindset
- Develop emotional resilience
- Improve relational skills
- Move forward with structured accountability
A therapist or licensed counselor provides individuals with:
- Diagnose mental health conditions
- Provide trauma therapy
- Treat severe (clinical) anxiety or depression
You should consider seeing a licensed Christian counselor if you are experiencing:
- Persistent depression
- Panic attacks
- Trauma symptoms
- Suicidal thoughts
- Severe Addiction
- Treatment for a mental health condition
Many people work with a counselor to process past wounds while working with a coach to build accountability, rebuild confidence, direction and forward-focused growth.” ~ Justin Tilghman
Change can be scary and overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Donation Base Fee Coaching– The cost of a session is by donation. As a helpful frame of reference, your typical coaching session usually starts around $95-$150. My past clients have donated anywhere between $55 and $125 per session.
