Details: This option is called our Discovery Session because it’s a time to hear your heart and story. Together we plan a way toward healing and hope. All of our sessions are 55 minutes. This is also a great option if you’re not sure how many sessions you want. It’s an alternative to purchasing our Anchor 4-session package at a discounted rate of $200.
Cost: Affordable counseling or coaching– The cost for a session is only $65 a session whether you choose coaching or counseling.
As a helpful frame of reference, your typical coaching or counseling session usually starts around $95-$150 or more, but my hope and mission is to make mental health support accessible and affordable to all. I also offer a discounted fee for missionary families or those who are struggling financially.
