Plans, plans, plans.
It’s what I love. Creating, charting, being in control of the future.
I can’t help it.
However, the way I use my gift needs to be tempered by God too.
I’m not exactly in control of the future, more in stewardship.
I don’t create the future, but I can tap into God’s insight, draft it out and help make it happen.
For years, God has been teaching me to trust in His plan and timing.
To walk straight towards His goal and not to swerve left or right.
It’s so easy to get distracted by others’ journey.
It’s so tempting to covet what others have, and lose sight of what you have.
Especially when you walk the road less travelled, you wonder sometimes, “what if?”
And that’s when I need that reminder, that God has charted out a unique journey for each of us.
But the results will be the same in the end, His plans WILL give us a hope and a future.
