These are so fun to surprise your child with on Valentine’s day. Slip one in their lunch box.

Your child will enjoy these creative Valentine’s Day Card Craft Ideas. We are doing a three part series here at Inspired by Family for grown ups “Creative Love Notes” and I wanted to share the kids version here. So stop by again to see our other two projects we will be sharing this week. Tomorrows project is Valentines Day Bath Fun! This is perfect for some afternoon fun or for a class Valentine’s Day Party or just silly fun card to give to your child.

Follow along to catch all of the great Valentine’s Day post via your favorite social network :Twitter,Pinterest or Facebook and our readers preferred way via email.

You will need:

clothespins
alligator traced onto green construction paper
note paper
glue

1. I used the crocodile from here: http://www.edupics.com/coloring-page-crocodile-i17575.html and free handed it on my green construction paper. If you’re not comfortable with free hand then copy and paste the image into your document and make lots of small ones to fit on your clothes pin.

2. Cut your alligator in half.

3. Glue half his body on the bottom part of the clothespin and the other on the top.

4. Take a small piece of white paper and cut it into a rectangular shape. Write on it and glue it to the back.
