Dr. Seuss Lunch Notes

It’s Dr. Seuss’s birthday week!

It’s one of my favorite weeks as an educator because you can have so much fun with this celebration.  We liked it so much when my son turned 4 he had a Dr. Seuss Birthday!

One of the things we do for Dr. Seuss’s day is I like to have the kids take a picture with a the Cat and the Hat hat and whiskers. You can purchase a hate like this one here or make your own like I did with a toilet paper roll as shown below.

Here are some more lunch notes for your kiddos with a Dr. Seuss theme. Last week we shared our fun little Lunch Box Jokes  (in printable form so stop by and download it) with you and now we will share some of our favorite quotes from Dr. Seuss books.

This was featured in the Celebrating Fall Issue here with a fun and EASY Cat in the Hat lunch idea.

Stay tune for more  great articles or you can follow us via your favorite social network to get our updates:Twitter, Pinterest or Facebook and our readers preferred way via email.

To download: right click on image and copy and paste into your document to save and print.

Here are some of our favorite Dr. Seuss books. I especially like the first 2 because they give our kids a little more background into the creative genius behind these books. (affiliate links)

Robin, Yes, I always have fun making these things with or for the kids. I don’t know what I am going to do with myself when they grow up, lol.
