made in my cocina (kitchen)
- Grape tomatoes
- diced mozzarella or gouda
- argula lettuce/spinach
- salt & pepper
Gut your tomato and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Then stuff it with cheese, lettuce and bacon then sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
Note you can also substitute the lettuce with spinach or use both.
