At night when I would walk into my mothers room to kiss her before heading to bed sometimes I would find her on her knees, literally.
She would be pleading to God for her children and as I watched her face to see what was going on appeared at peace. Sometimes it was troubled for her family but she walked away at peace.
This is such a beautiful memory and a powerful example I have of her. I pray that I would learn to be this kind of mom, a praying mom.
