“Be the Change You Want to See in the World–6 Day Kindness Challenge”–Give. Live. Love.
We are kicking this fun challenge off on Monday, October 12th as part of the CoLab Partnership and I’ve teamed up with Kelly from Cloudy Day Gray. Kelly started this Pinterest board where you can follow along and get inspired with all of the fun ideas, quotes and activities.
Here’s how it will work:
6 Days of Give. Live. Love
Day 1. Give– is focused on others
Day 1. Give– is focused on others
Day 2. Live– is focused on yourself
Day 3. Love–anything goes
Day 4. Give–

Basically, we challenge our readers and of course ourselves on being the change we want to see in the world by giving, living and loving.
Day 1 AND 4 focus on Giving to others–friends, family, strangers, neighbors, those in need.
Day 2 and 5 is focused on Living by showing kindness to myself. Stop talking negatively to oneself, give yourself an hour or two to yourself or go for a walk by yourself, start journaling…
Day 3 & 6 focus on –loving the life you’ve been given, loving who you are, loving those who have been given to you, loving your job… #givelivelove
